Hello and thank you for checking out my website. I've been a therapist for a long time, and I love what I do. I really like people and I seem to understand a lot about what makes us tick. Having lived a real life myself, and having worked in many different environments, I am comfortable with all sorts of people and issues. Whether you are at your best or your worst, I can most likely relate to what you are feeling. And odds are very good that I can help you get to where you want to be.

If you are seeking therapy, it is likely that you see your own issues, but can't seem to think or "will" yourself into more productive behavior. Perhaps you have a wonderful mate and family, but you are stuck in the same old arguments and frustrations, and you know your family's communication could be better. Maybe you feel angry, or sad, and you just don't know why. Perhaps you are hoping to come to terms with something very hurtful that has happened to you, either recently or long ago.
